Real Kids Transformers Costumes For Your Little Hero

By Peggy Huiseghems

All children love to make believe. The magic of transforming themselves into someone or something completely different is done so effortlessly at every play time.

As every mother knows, children certainly have the ability to undergo instant character transformations. A ravenous after school lion will transform into a kitten once fed. A thoughtful would-be scientist can transform curiosity into fury and destruction when the subject of his experiment is wrestled from his arms. If you're the proud parent of a transformer, why not help them express their temperament this Halloween in a real child Transformers Halloween costume.

At Halloween the veil between the living and the dead is lifted and magic abounds. Anything is possible and our imagination can run wild. All of us want to believe we have the capacity to change the world, no matter how old we are. Help your child fulfil their destiny in the world of their imagination so they can transform themselves into a hero.

If your resident Autobots have been rattling or clunking around the house since seeing the last Transformers movie, they might be planning to save Halloween from an invasion of unfriendly Decepticon robots. If that's the case they'll need to look the part. Decepticons don't scare easily, even on Halloween. The Transformers Optimus Prime Deluxe Child Costume should do the trick.

Your child may want to imagine the infinite possibility that comes from wearing the Transformers Animated Bumblebee Childs Costume. In this life-like costume your little bumblebee will be buzzing to defeat the evil robots.

Every story has something to say and the Transformers remind us that there's more to everything than meets the eye. The imaginative child beholds a broken stick as a mighty sword, or the oar of a boat. A fallen leaf is a lily pad housing a frog who is really a prince. On Halloween you might see only a child in a Transformers Halloween costume but their eyes will be fixed on the path that will save the world from Decepticon destruction.

Even Halloween is about transformation. It's a night when ordinary folk have the opportunity to transform into a strange creature of their choice, be it a living one, a dead one, or an imaginary one. It's the stuff of dreams... or nightmares, whichever is your preference. Adults and children let their imaginations run wild.

Halloween can be boring if you wear the same costumes year after year. If you're a bit over the zombies and pumpkins and the white sheets aren't doing it for you anymore, perhaps it's time for something new. Why not transform your family into something more exciting this Halloween. If your kids are planning to save the world from Decepticons this Halloween, get them into child Transformers Halloween costumes so when it comes to the crunch, they'll be ready for it!

Baby Halloween Costumes Suited For Yours

By Susan West

You may be thinking 'what's the point' when it comes to baby Halloween costumes. The truth is that baby Halloween costumes can add another fun dimension to your family's Halloween celebration this year. This is the time for you to dress your baby, and any older children, in something fun and unique. This could be your year to come up with Halloween holiday outfits that will make you the envy of all the other parents.

It is easy to get caught up in the festivities and decide to forgo the infant costume. Halloween usually means parties and trick or treating, especially if you have older children as well. Take the time to create holiday outfits for all your little ones. At the very least you can then avoid explaining why older brother or sister got dressed up but the youngest did not! http://www.costumecauldron.com/shop/halloween-costume/INFANT-BABY-COSTUMES-title0-p-1-c-82.html

Infant costumes have grown in popularity over recent years. The good news is cuddly chubby faced babies are guaranteed to look cute in any of the baby Halloween costumes you place on them. Babies are always cute when dressed in holiday outfits, why should Halloween be any different? Since baby is still small, you'll have no worries of them fussing over your infant costume choices.

Of course, the internet should be your first stop when looking for the best selection of baby Halloween costumes. Even if your plan doesn't include purchasing a baby costume on line, it is a great place to go when looking for inspiration. Try doing some comparison shopping to see if it makes sense to go ahead and buy baby Halloween costumes online or to make them yourself at home.

Mom or dad can even get in on the fun of wearing a holiday outfit. What about matching costumes for you and baby? A mom could be the bear while her baby plays the cub. There are many more options to choose from; the only limits will be the ones placed there by your creativity. If you end up making both your own and the baby Halloween costumes together there will be more freedom to play around with designs.

It is important to consider the wear and tear that the costume will have to endure, whether you make or buy one. Even an infant costume purchased at the store may contain flimsy parts that could be torn when tugged on. If you are concerned about it ending up in his or her mouth, keep looking, or come up with a way to modify or remove the culprit piece!

As your baby wears his or her costume, the costume will inevitably end up wearing something of your baby's. Whether it is food, milk, or any bodily fluids. Come prepared and make sure that the costume can hold up to the liquid onslaught! Certain fabrics may stain easier than others are. http://www.costumecauldron.com/Baby-Halloween-Costumes.html

At the end of the day the idea of baby Halloween costumes can be big fun while making beautiful memories. Go ahead and take the time to plan out a costume idea for baby in addition to any older children you may have. Baby Halloween costumes can help make your Holiday extra fun this year! The Costumes For You

By Rene A Lacape

The thought of attending a costume party may be a little horrifying if you are to still get a costume for you. Buying a costume is not as simple as it looks in the first place. Getting a men's costume is equally difficult as getting a women's costume. Agreed that women are conscious about their looks, and so are the men! Nobody would like to look like a shepherd in a costume party.

Though it can be tiring, but purchasing a costume can really be fun and enjoyable. It is surely a challenge for you, but when you are on to get a costume for couples, the challenge might get tougher.

Selecting a women's or a men's costume is something that requires some effort. And it requires some real hard work if you are on to go for a costume for couples. You can take it this way-choosing one costume requires hard work, so selecting two will require double the hard work.

If you are new to the whole process of selecting a costume, you might find this a bit of challenge about how to get started. The most important thing you would need to address first and foremost is to determine where you are going to get your costumes in the first place before you can even decide what costumes you want. That is because you might have already had an idea of what you want to dress up as, but you need to keep in mind the availability of the costume you want. If you can't find what you are looking for, it is pointless anyway so you might as well go the stores first and see what options are open to you before making a choice.

Here are some places you might be able to go to get your costumes:

The local stores near you - these should be the first places you look into, because they are the most convenient (since they are near your home), and you get to go to the shops and try on the costumes for yourself. Once you have browsed the local stores near you, you can weigh your options and see if there is anything that you like. If not, you can always move on to the next option and cross that off your list.

The Internet - now this is a great resource for looking up potential costumes and costume ideas. On the internet, you can browse a much wider selection because the internet covers vast areas and these days you can easily get things shipped to you, no problem. The internet would also provide you with great ideas for what to dress up as and gives you visuals of how each costume would look like. The only downside is you won't be able to try the outfits you have chosen out.

You don't really have to worry about the size as the costumes are available in various sizes, shapes and styles. If you plan, know what do you want and start early, nothing could beat the fun in getting a costume.

Managing A Party Shop

By Rene Lacape

Will anyone aim at a bad performance when starting a business? Certainly not. Even though there are plenty of options available to choose for as a career, no one is as promising as entrepreneurship. After all it's a different feeling all together being your own boss. Its not a piece of cake to be self employed. However there are people who have entrepreneurship in their blood. These kind of people start at an early age and are often found selling lemonade or distributing newspapers.

The entrepreneur will surely come up with flying colors if his hard work is combined with planning, foresight, business excellence and of course, good luck. Many-a-times, the thought for starting a business form a scratch is fired from the readiness to take risk and get into somewhere where nothing is confirmed. Where will the initial income from? Will I be able to deal with the customers? Will I be able to survive professionally initially when there will be no profit? These are some questions which might disturb a budding entrepreneur. However those who have experienced it in the young age, will not have any problem.

A budding entrepreneur can choose the specialty shops as the starting point. This is essentially the category serving only a specific type of consumer rather than groceries and retail where you are into selling many things to a large number of people. All is good except that you might have to face a tough competition form the already established chains which operate globally. Taking this competition into consideration, one might think it to be tough, however, if you have that zing and the X-Factor you will surely succeed.

Tackling the niche market is by far the better choice as you would be providing services to a select category of items and as such, has greater flexibility in your business decisions to compete with the giants. Specialty shops such as stores for party accessories are viable business ventures as there will be people holding all sorts of parties, big and small, throughout the year.

Despite of the fact that you are catering to a highly niche category, you have to have a good variety. For example, there ill be someone form the purchase department of a corporate looking for some solid color party supplies to coordinate them with their equally laced Christmas party. Solid color items should be kept handy as they are widely received by a majority of people. The garish color range also charms some people.

Then there comes the need for a good range and variety. A party accessory dealer will always know what you want while holding a party and fulfill these needs in the best possible way. At the same time some items are bound to be overlooked such as baby shower confetti. It will not cast a good impression if a couple steps into your shop and you are not able to deliver what they want.

Fun Outfits For The Women

By Rene Lacape

Going for or attending a costume party would require one to dress up. A festive occasion would also require you to dress up. Many adults are self conscious about dressing up because it is not something they do everyday, nevertheless, it can really be fun. Women's range of costume is more varied and this makes dressing up a lot more fun than the opposite sex.

Especially for women's costumes because women tend to have a much wider variety and selection than men do, which makes dressing up all that much more fun. There are a few occasions or festivities that give you a chance to dress up, such as Christmas or Halloween for example, but these days you don't necessarily need to wait for a specific reason or holiday season to dress up in fun costumes because you can easily throw a party of your own with a costume theme. With all the costume choices available these days that you can come across, finding a costume should be no problem at all.

Women can dress up for almost any occasion you can think of. Be it Christmas, Halloween or Mardi Gras. Even better, with all the choices they have, finding a suitable one would be exciting and enjoyable. Women can go all the way dressing up for any occasion.

Indeed, costumes and dressing up have come a long way from the simple Santa suits and Halloween costumes. You can come across much more variety these days at any store that specialises in this sort of thing. Some examples of the costume types for women today or costumes for the festive occasion that you can come across are for example:

Christmas costumes: aside from Halloween, Christmas is probably one of the most well known festive seasons around and Christmas costumes have become part of the festivities for almost as long as they have been around probably. People dressing up in Santa suits - or Santarina suits in the case or women - are the most common sights you will come across during the Christmas season, and they don't even necessarily have to be for during a party either.

Halloween costumes have been around for a very long time. They could as old as Christmas costumes. They are however, a lot more popular because of many reasons. A Halloween costume can be worn by anyone, from adults to children. You can never feel insecure if you find that the costume is too childish as the costumes are meant for people to have fun. A teenage girl can wear a sexy poodle skirt and funky t shirt, so can an older woman if she can pull the look. Have fun in dressing up in glamorous or even shockingly fun outfit.

Sexy costumes: these come in a wide variety of styles and designs and you can select the one you prefer based on your preference and what you are looking for. Sexy costumes are not only great fun to dress up in, but it gives you a great opportunity to just break out of your shell for once and do something you wouldn't normally do at any other time. You could dress up as something you have always wanted to experiment with but might not have had the opportunity to do so in the past. You could even design your own sexy costume if you wanted. Dress up in a cute poodle skirt teamed together with a sexy top of your own creation or choice.

The kids are always having fun in their costumes so why not adults. Today, costumes are no longer only for kids, even the grown ups are having fun with them. The women are the luckiest ones as they can have a variety of costume to choose from. So, what are you waiting for? You can start looking for the costume of your dreams at the nearest costume store near you now.

How New Government Guidelines Can Increase Your Value as an Event Planner

By Carrie Plescan

As a business meeting and event planner, you are continually seeking for ideas to add value to your services. Recently the federal government set forth guidelines to the corporations receiving bailout cash. These guidelines can essentially assist you to be a superior planner.

The boards of directors of firms accepting unusual aid from the government are required to adopt a company-wide policy on any expenses connected to air transportation services, entertainment and holiday parties, and conferences and events. This policy is not designed to include acceptable expenses for sales conferences, personnel development, acceptable performance incentives and other standards attached to a corporation's regular business operations. What does this mean? Here are some of the provisions and ways you can make use of them to cause your client's corporations appear golden even if they are planning incentive travel.

1. Firms organizing events that cost more than $75,000 are instructed to compose a report that in essence certifies that the event will be of benefit and ways the company will attain that mission. If you plan every conference with your client in the exact manner -- unconcerned about the cost--you may well be able to hit upon ideas to diminish the cost for your client by detecting flaws in the business meeting design.

2. Bailout firms are allowed to use no more than 15% of their entire disbursements meant for marketing and sales on events, meetings, incentive travel, rewards, and so forth.-- in other words, probably anything you may perhaps organize for them. This is a excellent way for you to understand ways to cut back expenses without cutting essential corners. Assist all your clients to save more money and you might earn their loyalty.

These guidelines applied simultaneously are like slamming a home run out of the ballpark and into a neighborhood many blocks away. Concurrently they turn out to be a mega-plan for generating efficiency, savings, and a original look at events. And that brings about value --value in the event, the strategy, and you.

Enjoy Your Parties With Cakes

By Rene Lacape

As it will always be, the birthday cake will always be the center of attention (apart from the birthday kid of course). As such, it is not wrong if one should spare no expense for the birthday cake if one should take into her head to do so. Party cake decorations will prove indispensable to achieve this.

You have probably heard of theme parties that you can easily set up when you purchase a package of party supplies to your chosen theme. These supplies make your party look so pretty and well coordinated at minimal effort on your part. All you need to do is to set the table on the day of the event. Place all the paper cups and plates with the corresponding party hats on the table cloth provided and so on. The only 'hard' part may be in choosing a theme out of so many available on the internet.

Decorating with balloons can really light up the party. These can really be used anywhere. You can hang them on the ceiling, on the walls and where not! It's totally up to your creativity. There are two types of balloons to choose from. Latex balloons and foil balloons. These are available in various shapes, sizes and colors.

Party supplies and balloons can really add to the magic of the birthday party. The birthday cake should not look inferior against other things, instead, all the party supplies should correspond with the birthday cake.

In a nutshell, one should never spend lavishly on the other things and not spending on the cake. It should rather be opposite as per the above discussion, cake is the most important part. The birthday cake should be the topmost priority. This should be the first thing that you should plan and if not, do have some buffer time so as to think over it seriously.

What type of birthday cake should choose? A traditional birthday cake? A jelly or an ice-cream cake? Of would bake it yourself? Jelly cake is available shaped as a Barbie, for instance. If you think you will not be able to bake it yourself, go get it from a bakery! These are some questions or solutions that you might face initially.

The next thing you want to think about when it comes to a birthday cake are party cake decorations. If the cake is a little plain, party cake decorations can make a lot of difference. If the cake is already great, the addition of good decorations on it may make it to be a hit among children and adults alike.

Some of the most popular decorations are baseball bobble head decorations. This can work well if the party is themed to baseball. One of the baseball bobble head decorations can be had for about five bucks. These baseball bobble head decorations can be great party keepsakes.

Depending upon the theme of the party, there are other decorations to be done. The decoration can be edible, and can be made by you such as a cake or the centerpieces or you would probably like to get it from the bakery. There are some small things like cake decorations as they are generally inexpensive.

Exploring what is available before making the purchase is a good idea and is always advisable. The internet proves to be your friend here and helps you browse many images so as to find the right one. Also, getting the cake decoration online is a good idea rather than baking them if you are not that good at baking.

Associating the child with you in selecting the decorations can really make him or her feel special. And it will be real fun for the child to browse through the images in order to find the perfect one. Let him have fun with the birthday cake. After all, when he has the right to enjoy the birthday party, why can't the child enjoy the planning? A birthday comes only once a year let the child have fun.

Have Fun Planning A Costume Party

By Rene Lacape

Did you ever plan a costume party but ended up looking for professional help as you didn't know where to start form? Holding and arranging party can be really troublesome at times essentially when you are the only one handling everything right form inviting the guests, decorating the venue to the entertainment of guests. These things are to be planned in advance and counting upon a friend is just a scratch. After all, even they will be enjoying the party with you.

Selection of the theme is the first and the foremost thing to be done. The theme of the party should be such that it should be fun and enjoyable to each and every guest. Also the costumes as per the chosen theme should not be hard to find as some peculiar costumes might be troublesome to find and will make the guests wear their regular men's costumes spoiling the mood of the party. Make sure that venue is good enough to be decorated as per your requirements and mind your budget also!

Sit with your friends and family for a brainstorming session. This will make you know what other people think and will help you form your own opinion. Note down all these points. These will help you in the progression of the preparation and some points will also help you in case you want to make some last minute changes!

The age group plays an important part in organizing a party. For example, the costumes for children's costume parties will be more colorful, fun filled eye catching etc. Even the menu will also have to be exciting if the party is to be attended by kids in majority. If adults are going to attend the party, then the scenario is different. As compared to children's costumes, the adult costumes are easily available. Open bars and cocktail drinks are seen in a adult party rather than candies and chocolates for a children's party.

The invitations should be sent to the guests some considerable time before the party. This will make sure that the guests have the right costume and have arranged everything for that day. The invitation if sent out before a month form the date of the party will be fine. Since you are sending the invites a month before, you may mention a punishment for the guests who are not going to come in the right costume!

A costume party should not be short of prizes! It should also be included in the invitation that there will be prizes for those who'd appear in their most unique costumes. A category can be created as to the most inventive, most sexy or even most old looking costumes! The invited guests would be more challenged if there's a chance their costumes can win them something. And of course, it adds more amusement to the party as everyone anticipates which among them will be taking home the special prizes. And who knows, there might be some few people who'd be interested to donate more to the prizes!

It is important for the guests to have fun, and some form of entertainment loyal to the theme should be waiting for them as they arrive one by one. The guests themselves are the life of the party, and even though they all look good looking In their fabulous women's and men's costumes, a party will eventually become boring if all they do is chat in the silent air. Suitable background music for the theme must be prepared and selected a few days before. Oftentimes, an emcee with great people skills and an interesting personality can be enough to provide the entertainment for the guests.

Since you have organized the party, its not that you won't enjoy it and will only look forward for the comfort of the guests. Its your party, enjoy it to the fullest! Cheers!

Style Your Party With Balloons In Full Colors

By Rene Lacape

Maybe you are not very handy when it comes to design or creativity, so naturally, you feel safer to stick to solid colors. Well, you can, with solid color party supplies. Solid colors are not so bland if you can mix the different colors together. This can even start to take a theme of its own; the colorful or multi-color theme. The children will be sure to like it.

Don't really stress yourself for using only solid color party supplies. A good idea is to go with the solid color latex balloons if you convinced in going for the multi-color theme. A mixture of balloons of different colors can really bring life to a party if you use your imagination. Select a combination of two or three colors if you are shy, otherwise, use your imagination and play with different colors!

If you still think solid colors are a little not exciting enough, and say, you are holding a baby shower, try baby shower confetti. You may use bits of shiny paper, or mix these with matte ones; there really are no rules; just what appeals to the guests (especially the children). If you think, this is not good enough, you can purchase some 'unusual' baby shower confetti such as fish confetti. The confetti is really tiny pieces of fish with patterns on them. Of course, there is other fancy baby shower confetti that you may want to look at. Just go online and click over to your favorite vendor and see the images.

Another entertaining thing are piatas. A persons is blinded folded and is asked to hit a pot which represents man's desires and has a religious origin. Breaking a pot by a person signifies that is able to overcome his desires and temptations.

Nowadays, piatas are included for fun in children's parties, and instead of leaving the 'treasures' behind, the children get to take home whatever spilled out of the piatas. The fun part lies in the bursting of the piata with a bat, and with a blindfold, this game becomes even more exciting. Use colorful paper to wrap the bat with and do decorate the piatas.

It can be really confusing as to what should be stuff into piatas. The gifts should be both appealing and should fit into the budget. The gifts may include small puzzles or mazes, small books or games, pencils, rubbers etc. if you want you can make your own piata, else purchase online.

.|If you find some one to help you for the party day, you can arrange for an art session for the children. This person should be perfect in art. Search the internet for ideas. After finalizing the activity, get the required materials. Since this kind of an activity is useful, the parents will surely appreciate it, moreover the children can take it home.

Though games will take up more space, will create noise and will be difficult to manage; still some games can be organized for the children. However if you are good at art, you can surely go for an art session. It all depends upon the age of the children. You may still choose to have an are session if you have the correct idea to employ which appeals the children and obviously that can be done on that day. Keep enough time as buffer for your ideas to be applied affectively.

7 Toddler Wizard of Oz Costumes You Can't Do Without

By Peggy Huiseghems

Have you noticed a few things have gone missing since you had the kids? Perhaps your memory seems to be a bit more cluttered up since they arrived and you're having trouble thinking as clearly as you did in those pre-baby years. Remember when you were single? If someone visited and they had a cold you were a bit annoyed, but now you're terrified the toddler will get a runny nose which means they won't be able to go to day care and you'll have to take more time off work.

As luck would have it, there's a cure - but it's only available on Halloween and you'll have to convince the kids to help you apply it. Take back your mental health with a little pretending in Wizard of Oz Costumes.

If you remember the Wizard of Oz capturing your imagination in years gone by, and red shoes still seem strangely appealing, why not let your children experience a trip of their own to Emerald City this Halloween. Regardless of the size and shape of your little Dorothy, there's a kids Wizard of Oz Dorothy Costume that will have her stepping onto the Yellow Brick Road in style, all the way down to her 'ruby slippers'.

Of course, if your little one isn't ready to go skipping down the Yellow Brick Road in a pair of ruby slippers, there's a great range of toddler Wizard of Oz costumes to choose from. Wicked Witches aren't known for their good looks but in the Wizard of Oz Wicked Witch Child/Toddler Costume your little witch will be too cute to scare anybody. For the aspiring teenage Witch, the Emerald Witch Teen Costume will let her express her wicked self.

Every one needs a buddy or two and Dorothy's travelling companions were certainly unique. For the toddler who's always 'right behind you' there's the Cowardly Lion Toddler Costume.

When your little one puts on his Wizard of Oz Tinman Toddler Costume you'll have enough love in your heart to share with him. While most Halloween scarecrows tend to be pretty scary the Wizard of Oz Scarecrow Toddler Costume is a not-so-scary scarecrow. There are versions of all Dorothy's friends for teens plus Flying Monkey Costumes for those kids who prefer to be noisy, naughty henchmen.

We'd all like to know what lies over the rainbow and Halloween is the night when we speculate about the possibilities out loud. Are there ghosts? Can witches really cast spells? It's a night when we celebrate the unknown and our ability to imagine what it might be.

As we grow older we're often so caught up in following the road to work or the supermarket that we don't have time to exercise our imaginations. Children find plenty of time to imagine but adults are often too busy to join them in games of make believe.

This Halloween take a walk down the Yellow Brick Road in Wizard of Oz Halloween Costumes and you might just find your way to Emerald City.

Use the New Federal Guidelines on Bailout Companies to Boost Your Value as an Event Planner

By Livia Gabbaldon

As a business meeting and event planner, you are constantly searching for ideas to add value to your services. Recently the federal government published guidelines to the businesses receiving bailout cash. These guidelines can in fact aid you to be a preferred planner.

The boards of directors of firms obtaining unusual aid from the government have to adopt a company-wide policy on any outlays connected to air travel services, entertainment and holiday parties, and conferences and events. This policy is not designed to include justifiable outlays for sales conferences, human resources development, acceptable performance incentives and other controls attached to a corporation's routine business operations. What does this mean? Here are some of the provisions and ways you can apply them to cause your client's corporations seem golden even if they are planning incentive travel.

1. Businesses planning events that cost more than $75,000 must to put in writing a report that essentially documents that the conference will be of benefit and ways the company will realize that target. If you plan every business meeting with your client in the exact process -- distinct from the cost--you may perhaps be able to stumble on ideas to slash the cost for your client by identifying flaws in the business meeting proposal.

2. Bailout firms are authorized to use just 15% of their overall payments meant for marketing and sales on events, meetings, incentive travel, rewards, and so forth.-- in other words, probably anything you may perhaps plan for them. This is a helpful way for you to become skilled at ways to reduce expenses without cutting crucial corners. Aid all your clients to retain more money and you can earn their loyalty.

These guidelines applied simultaneously are like slamming a home run out of the ballpark and into a neighborhood many blocks away. Collectively they turn into a mega-plan for designing efficiency, savings, and a original look at events. And that establishes value --value in the event, the strategy, and you.

Child Harry Potter Dementor Costumes For Your Little Wizard

By Peggy Huiseghems

Got a bird problem at your house? Are there owls delivering messages at all odd hours of the day and night? If you have it's likely you have a young witch or wizard living under your roof who's a student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

Now, it might take you a little time to work out where to drop them off so in the meantime, you might prefer to get your little wizard or witch into a child Harry Potter Halloween costume. They're not nearly as difficult to find as Platform Eight and Three Quarters. Yes, Halloween is coming - the time to believe in the unbelievable; the time to ponder the possibility that there is a world of magic beyond that which we can see.

Magic is everywhere if we know how to look for it and children seem able to see it so much more clearly than age weary adults. This Halloween help your child see the magic in themselves with the help of a child Harry Potter costume.

Which house of Hogwarts will your child be in? Harry is a happy member of the noble and elite House of Gryffindor. Your child can join Harry's gang by donning the Harry Potter Premium Gryffindor Robe outfit.

Of course, if your child enjoys the odd conversation with reptiles, the black and green robes of Slytherin will be a great fit.

Anyone for Quidditch? As you know, sport is an essential activity for all witches and wizards and at Hogwarts, Quidditch is the game. Hitting a ball while you're flying around on a broomstick isn't easy and you must have the right attire for it. Whether your wizard or witch is a catcher, beater, chaser or seeker, they'll be dressed to win in the Harry Potter Quidditch Robe Super Deluxe Costume.

If your child leans towards the dark side when it comes to wizardry, there're plenty of evil Harry Potter character costumes that will bring a giggle of delight from your wizard and set a few knees knocking on the night. The Harry Potter Dementor Child's Costume could be the ideal fit for your dark one. Dementors just love to suck the happiness and soul from those they meet with a kiss.

If world domination is your child's ultimate goal then the Lord Voldemort Child Costume will fit perfectly. If they're not ready for the pressure that comes with ruling the world then perhaps the Death Eater Costume will be a better choice. Of course if all this is too serious the Harry Potter Hedwig Costume will give the wearer a real hoot of a time this Halloween.

Whether you believe in magic or not, Harry Potter Halloween costumes are the perfect way to get into the spirit of Halloween. Why not get into one yourself and transport yourself back to those childhood days when anything was possible if you could just work out the right spell!

Real Kids Pirates Halloween Costumes For Your Little Buccaneer

By Peggy Huiseghems

Is there a mysterious trail of sand and a slightly salty aroma through your house sometimes? Does the trail of destruction through your living area make it look like it's been raided and pillaged? Perhaps when you open the door to the kids' rooms the disarray makes you feel a little sea sick.

If any of these signs seem familiar you may be living with a pint-sized pirate. Halloween is a time when we can express our true inner character, so why not get your little buccaneer a unique kids pirate Halloween costume that will reveal to the world their one, true form.

Halloween is the one night of the year when we all believe that the impossible may just be real. It's a time to let our imaginations run wild and embrace the infinite possibilities the world can offer. Movies and books give us an escape from the everyday and Halloween can make that escape real, at least for one night.

So if they're itching to get out on the high seas, get them into some real kids pirate Halloween costumes this year and they'll feel like they're part of their own action packed movie. Get some of it out of their system and maybe your lounge room will look less like the deck of a pirate ship.

For the boys who dream of adventures in far flung places and battling giant squid far out to sea a Boys High Seas Buccaneer Toddler Costume is a must. If the merger between fantasy and reality is heightened at Halloween then the merger between man and fish is at its most gruesome with the Pirates of the Caribbean 3 Maccus Sharkman Child Costume.

For the older and bigger pirate who dreams of pillaging and plundering the Pirates of the Caribbean Davy Jones Deluxe Teen Costume will be a crowd stopper.

Pirates are equal opportunity employers so there's no reason boys should have all the fun. If your little girl wants to get in on the action the Pirates of the Caribbean 3 Elizabeth Pirate Deluxe Childs costume might be ideal. The feisty Elizabeth certainly earned her reputation as a tough pirate. Now, pirates usually have some great tactics to keep the Imperial Navy at bay - swords, ugliness, body odour, that sort of thing; but some pirates get by on charm and cute.

If you have a charming cutie then they'll be right at home in the Cap'n Cutie Child Costume. If your pirate is worried about not fitting in with the ghosts and ghouls of Halloween? That won't be a problem if he's out and about in the Buccaneer Bones Pirate Childs Costume.

If your child has a hankering for a life of high adventure they don't need to set sail to find it. A cool kids pirate Halloween costume will bring all the adventures they need right to your front door. Children love to go trick or treating and dressed in their real pirate costumes they'll be able to plunder from the neighbors in style.

Event Planning Starts With The Right Date

By Kavi Saphala

Are you ready to plan an event, such as a wedding or party? Do you have a workshop you would like to present? There are of course many considerations when planning any type of event, including the date. How do you choose the right date for your event?

Choosing the right date for your occasion is really all about relationships. If you dont think that the cosmos or the global energies affect you, think twice. The tide is affected by the moon. There are many tools that can be used to look into the overtones of a day so you can choose the right time for your event.

A popular tool for looking at the date you have selected is numerology. This practice dates back to the earliest of times. There are actually five styles of numerology: Kabbalah, Chaldean, Pythagorean, Abracadabra, and New Kabbalah. You can use numerology for both the event and the key people involved.

Biorhythm is another method to tune into the highs and lows for the day. Since biorhythm analysis is based on a date of birth it is better used for the personal interactivity between you and your event rather than the event itself. A biorhythm reading may serve as a good supplemental view to see how well you will manage the day of the event.

Astrology is a commonly used method that can be very generalized or delve deeply into a very relational interactivity between the planets and the birthdate of the key people in your event. Astrology takes years of training, so you might want to turn to an expert.

Of all the tools I mention in this article they all give a snapshot into the day or the people involved in the event. Any one of these tools can be used individually or collectively. I like to delve a little deeper, and for that reason I also bring in a look at the Mayan Tzolkin calendar.

Given a choice in day analysis tools I use the lesser known but very powerful Mayan Tzolkin Calendar. With this tool I can clearly see the interactivity of a day or multi-day event and the individuals involved is through the Mayan Tzolkin Calendar.

Tips For Choosing A Great DJ To Make Your Event Memorable

By Lawrence Walker with George Best

Regardless of the type of event you may be putting on, the choice of a DJ or entertainment coordinator is one of the most important decisions you need to make to ensure that your guests have a great time. Finding a truly professional DJ who offers several entertainment options can be a bit challenging, but well-worth the effort.

We have found during our time performing DJ services in the San Antonio area that many people get so overwhelmed when planning their event, that their choice in entertainment often is decided solely by who offers the best price. This can be a big mistake, as the lowest price option may be completely unsuitable for your event. While a fast-talking "go-getter" type may seem like a reasonable choice, it pays to be a bit cautious in who you hire to avoid a situation in which your entertainment is completely inappropriate for your event.

As a part of our San Antonio DJ experiences, we have developed a list of criteria that people should consider when seeking to hire a DJ. The following are some tips for helping to distinguish a true professional, who is likely to do a good job for you and make your event fun and entertaining for your guests, from a "hobbyist" who is more concerned with his or her own entertainment and making a few bucks as a bonus.

One of the simplest things to tell you that a DJ is a professional is that he or she carries liability insurance. It is unusual for the insurance to be important in terms of a liability claim arising from a situation at your event, but the fact that the DJ has insurance indicated that he or she is a serious businessperson.

Another indicator that a DJ is serious about his or her business is being a member of one or more national and/or regional DJ professional associations. Besides it being an indicator of professionalism, there are potential benefits to you the customer. For instance, in case of an emergency in which he or she is unable to perform at your event the DJ can quickly find good replacement talent to fill in and make sure your event still goes as planned.

You can also tell a good DJ by the equipment he or she uses. Good DJs are usually proud to talk about and show you their equipment. In addition to having professional-grade equipment in good condition, it is important that the DJ has backup equipment on hand at your event, just in case something breaks down.

Lastly, it is important to consider the personality and appearance of a DJ you are considering hiring. If the DJ shows up for your initial meeting without a professional appearance and demeanor, he or she may not be a good choice. It is also important that you feel confident that the DJ is going to work with you to give you what you want, as opposed to trying to bend you to his or her personal preferences.

7 Ways to Host a Fun-Filled Kid's Birthday Party

By Hannah Scrivener

When hosting a childs party it can be a scary task. A group of screaming uncontrollable kids running around your house, making mess, crying and spilling drinks is not what you want. You want your child to have a fun, entertaining day filled with magic and surprise and for your guests to be entertained and be able to relax while their children enjoy themselves.

1. Location: Firstly think about the location; where you hold the party will determine the atmosphere, the mood, and the activities you are able to run. An outdoor venue is generally the best idea such as a park or playground, which are free to use and children have a great time running around in the sun. If its raining then consider hiring a hall, day care centre or even a restaurant which has an area for kids to run around.

2. Themes: Once the location is figured out you can consider the themes your child would like. Popular ones for girls are fairy and mermaid. Barbie and princess are also great. For boys you can do superheroes and pirates or goblins. You can make it no theme, but children love to get dressed up and use their imaginations it adds a special touch to the party.

3. Decorating: Once youve chosen the theme you can decorate the party venue to create a magical underwater world, enchanted fairy land or tropical pirate island. Change the names of the food and drinks to match the theme. For example coke becomes witches broth, marshmallows become fairy clouds or red cordial can be superhero energy potion.

4. Entertainment: Hiring an entertainer is a very popular option as they bring all the games, prizes and props and the children are excited by the idea of a magical character such as a fairy or pirate visiting them on their special day. A great entertainer will take the children on an adventure and allow the parents to sit back, relax and watch the fun.

5. Timing: The age of your child and guests will establish how long the party will go for and what time of day is ideal. For under 3-4 year olds morning parties between 10-12pm work best and entertainment should go for an hour with half an hour before to let people arrive and half an hour at the end to enjoy the cake and food and say goodbye. With older children between 4-8 years old longer parties are fine and any time of day is fine.

6. Games: Some games you must include in the party, which are always loved by children of all ages are musical statues and dancing games, treasure hunts and story telling, bubble catching, pass the parcel, balloon bending and craft activities like magic wand making or swords for boys depending on the theme. Tailor the games to suit the chosen theme, as this will ensure the magic permeates throughout the party, for example change pass-the-parcel to pass the magic treasure box for a fairy themed party.

7. Enjoy The Day: Finally always remember to enjoy the day. No matter how much you prepare, things can always go wrong. Bad weather, unexpected guests or poor catering companies are all out of your control. But ultimately it is your time to enjoy your child and celebrate their special day, so make sure you take lots of pictures and never forget it as a fun filled celebration of life!

7 Ways to Plan a Wonderful Kid's Birthday Party

By Hannah Scrivener

When you hold your childs birthday you want it to be a fun, joy-filled and magical experience for them. You want to be able to relax and watch your child have fun and have all your guests happily entertained. Below are some tips to help you achieve this.

1. Location: Choose the best location for your party. You need lots of space for children to run around. A park with play equipment makes an ideal venue for a party, mess free, hassle free and the children can pretty much entertain themselves. Other venues like play centres or community halls work well and you can use your own house but be cautious of the mess and move valuable or delicate items out of the way.

2.Themes: Choosing a good theme is very important as it will add a special touch to the day and make the party more memorable. Talk to your child and listen to what their ideas are and ask them if theyd like their favourite character to come visit them (if you are thinking of hiring an entertainer). They will be thrilled at the idea of Barbie or Tinkerbell turning up at their doorstep on their special day.

3. Decorating: Once youve chosen the theme you can decorate the party venue to create a magical underwater world, enchanted fairy land or tropical pirate island. Turn the names of the food and drinks to match the theme. For example coke becomes witches broth, marshmallows to fairy clouds or red cordial can be superhero energy potion.

4. Entertainment: If you are hiring an entertainer make sure you book a few weeks in advance to ensure availability. Send out your invitations after you have booked the entertainer and decided on time and venue. Look for entertainers that have had lots of experience and really look the part of the character they are playing. Let your child choose the character if possible by searching on the internet.

5. Timing: The age of your child and guests will determine how long the party will go for and what time of day is ideal. For under 3-4 year olds morning parties between 10-12pm work best and entertainment should last for an hour with half an hour before to let people arrive and half an hour at the end to have cake and food and say goodbye. With older children between 4-8 years old longer parties are suitable and any time of day is fine.

6. Games: Activities such as pass the parcel, musical statues, limbo, singing and dancing, balloon bending, bubble catching and treasure hunts are all great party games loved by kids. You can tailor the games to suit different themes, for example instead of playing musical statues, change it into mermaid water freeze or change pass the parcel to pass the magic box with special prizes from fairy land inside.

7. Enjoy The Day: Finally always remember to enjoy the day. Irrespective of how much you prepare, things can always go wrong. Bad weather, unexpected guests or unreliable catering companies are all out of your control. But ultimately it is your day to enjoy your child and celebrate their special day, so make sure you take lots of pictures and remember it as a fun filled celebration of life!

Where To Buy Your Cake Decorating Supplies?

By Sophie June Hayes

No doubt a lot of people get ripped off on a daily basis when they buy cake decorating supplies and I hope you are not one of them! What are the options; basically its the Internet or the High Street stores?

It does not matter if you buy from a High Street store or on the Internet, unfortunately, there is a wide variety of prices that people will charge you, that's just the way the cookie crumbles! The one advantage that the High Street has, is that there are no shipping costs! However, please do consider how much it costs you in fuel and parking costs to get to that shop! Frequently it is even more AND you actually have to leave the house!

My preferred method will always be the Internet for whatever you are looking for, even if its just to check out whats available. If you go searching in the shops, how long will it take to find what you want and will it be in stock when you get there? How often have you gone shopping without phoning first to check whether it is in stock? I know Im guilty of that one!!

There are other problems associated with going to the shops of course. Will it rain? Do you have to take children with you, if so how much extra is that going to cost you in treats!? How long does it take to get to the stores? Fine if its just down the road but often specialist shops may not be that close.

Although most of the cake decorating supplies you are liable to buy may not be very large, if you get a lot, have you considered how you will carry them back home? Not that bad if you go by car, but public transport " a nightmare! Get the post-man involved, much easier and it keeps someone employed!

Our personal choice is to surf the web, find what you want, then do a price check at other online stores. It is unlikely that a particular store will be the cheapest for everything, so you will need to work that one out for yourself. When looking where you can buy cake decorating supplies, Id just go for the store that had the fastest delivery and that felt right " very scientific I know, but do trust your instinct and have fun unwrapping your goodies when they arrive!

Unique Baby Gifts Are a Big Part of Creating the Baby Shower Themes

By Edie Mindell

Although the classic "Its a Girl" and "Its a Boy" themes are lovely classics, there is so much more you can do with a baby shower. There are various sweet baby shower themes that will make your shower shine and stand apart from the rest. Themes like "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star," "Noahs Ark," and "Candy Land," will make your shower unique and unforgettable. This article will provide some basic baby shower themes from which you can get ideas from, and adapt them to your needs.

"Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" is a beautiful nursery rhyme inspired theme that will fill the room with sweet vibes and tenderness. This theme is also easy to assemble at any location, whether it be a house, a restaurant, a banquet hall, or a hotel. Finding basic star- shaped decorations will definitely not be a problem, and making them is not difficult at all. For example, for centerpieces, you can fill star-shaped baskets or containers with baby-themed items, flowers, candy and confetti. For a special touch, you can also throw shiny star-shaped confetti on the tables.

Have nursery rhymes playing as background music, and decorate the room space with quotes from the poem, "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star." You can also buy pre-packaged cookie dough and use moon and star-shaped cookie cutters. For a little something extra, decorate the cookies with sprinkles. Another great idea is to buy white chocolate chips and moon and star candy molds, melt the chocolate, and fill the molds in with the melted chocolate. Put these in little star-shaped decorative boxes and give to the guests as party favors. "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" is very versatile, and there are countless ideas that you can use for this theme.

The theme, "Noahs Ark" makes an adorable setting for your shower. For this idea, purchase or design your own ark mural and post on the wall. Make sure it is big and top-notch quality, because this will make a great background for taking pictures. For each table, use different animals for centerpieces. You can buy different types of stuffed animals like bunnies, giraffes, elephants, and bears, and use these as a foundation for your centerpieces. Decorate cute baskets, fill them up with candy and baby items, and place the stuffed animals inside of the baskets (a different animal in each basket). Make little animal-shaped chocolates, and hand out Noahs Ark themed invitations.

Candy Land makes a fun theme, for men, women, and children of all ages. For invitations, send out candy in personalized wrappers. You can have candy wrappers customized in several websites online, or you can use a candy wrapper template, also found online, and make them yourself. Buy big, colorful, and yummy candy, and use them to design centerpieces. Use Candy Land board games as the base of your centerpieces and decorate with more candy! Purchase or make your own candy posters, and place them all over the room. Remember to use a lot of confetti, decorative party strings, and colors!
