Thomas Party Supplies For Your Little Train Conductor

By Patti L.

Thomas the Train and his friends have been a favorite of kids for years. They're always off on some adventure and they never say quit. Re-create that spirit for your boy's next birthday party with Thomas The Tank Engine birthday supplies. There will be smiles all around.

Start that effort with some terrific Thomas the Train decorations. The Jumbo Singing balloon is a great beginning. It's 31" long and plays a tiny Thomas tune. Give this balloon a tap and Thomas will announce a special birthday greeting.

You can get lots of help decorating the party room if you stock up on Train Door Activity Hangers. These foam door hangers can be covered with colorful letters, stars, and train-themed signs with a little bit of glue (part of the kit).

Be sure to include some Thomas Removable Wall Decorations. These fun, easy-to-remove stickers feature all the fun friends from the TV show, including the main train himself. They come in multiple colors and will stick to any smooth surface. But they come off easily after the party and won't stain the wall. So, there's no mess to clean up afterwards.

Decorating the cake is equally easy with a Thomas & Friends Cake Topper. They are the perfect finish to the railroad yard cake design you worked so hard to create.

Now let everyone know that the party is about to begin. When the train pulls into the station all the kids can toot on one of their 5" wood whistles. Hand one out to each guest and line them up to form a choo-choo train themselves. They'll travel right through the station to where you've got goodies waiting.

March the kids over to the table and give them some juice from some great Thomas the Train Cups. These colorful red and yellow cabooses provide a removable top and a bendable straw, so no spills to clean up. Just make sure they don't run them off the rails...

You can help prevent that, too, by keeping each guest busy with a Thomas & Friends Sticker Activity kit. Each one contains a hundred reusable stickers and two fold-out scenes.

Some clothes for the occasion would be the perfect complement to the decorations. The Engineer Hat and Red Bandana are ideal for that. Complete the look with a Thomas T-shirt. Let everyone imagine what life was like long ago when train engineers wore a striped hat and waved to all the wide-eyed kids as they passed by.

Complete that story with a Thomas Play Tent. It's a gigantic 52"L x 26"W x 38"H and has two flap doors and a sunroof. The children can take turns being the engineer or fireman. That will make the perfect ending to a fun Thomas the Train birthday party.

Personalized Fortune Cookies - A Fun Way To Communicate

By Rufus Sprague

Almost everyone is familiar with fortune cookies. Light and flavorful, these cookies are handed out at the end of almost every meal eaten in an Asian restaurant. Of course, as good as the cookies may be, what people are really interested in are the little pieces of paper inside. From the ridiculous to the sublime, these fortunes are the best part of the cookie. So what if you could print your own message on those little pieces of paper? What if you could create a custom fortune cookie to sell your idea or make your announcement?

Luckily, there a great many companies out there that will do just that for you. These companies do not mass produce their cookies. Instead they create small batches to your specifications. Because of this, you can get cookies made that are as unique as you are. If you can imagine it, they can probably create it.

There are so many things that can be done to change the appearance of the fortune cookie. You can get them dyed in a variety of colors. You can get them dipped in chocolate or coated with a colorful candy shell. You can even have them sent as a bouquet. This would attract much more attention than a common vase of flowers.

The part of the cookie that you really want to customize is the fortune. This is the part that people will remember the most. Custom made fortune cookies can be a very successful way to promote your business. The person who received the cookie is likely to remember what they read on that little piece of paper. Better than that, they may just tell their friends about it.

You could also have cookies sent to people you know as a way to say thank you or make an announcement. They might also be useful to apologize to a loved one. What person could stay angry after being given a number of perfectly formed little cookies, each one of which contains a note that says "I'm sorry".

Whatever your reason, custom fortune cookies are a novel and fun way to get your point across. Because each batch is made individually, they do cost more than regular fortune cookies. However, the response you receive to any message you print on the fortune will be well worth the cost. No one will ever forget the information they find on the inside of those cookies, nor will they forget the person who gave it to them.

A pirate themed birthday party Try A pirate themed birthday party

By markus highland

Set the stage with the invitations. A great idea to use for the invites is a pirates map. Let X mark the spot, give the date & time & remind everyone to dress in their pirates best (make a costume contest a part of the festivities). This lets everyone know the theme ahead of time as well as the fact that they should show up dressed for the occasion. I suggest making a cute rhyme in a pirates voice to go along with the invitation. Something like

People all over the world like pirates have for a long time been a source of great fascination for kids. This is why a pirate themed birthday party can be seven of the most interesting & entertaining party ideas in Lodi NJ if you are willing to pay careful time & attention to the planning method. there's things you will require, of work, in order to pull the pirates party off without a hitch & the most important is a lot of patience & the ability to organize well, plan for contingencies, & be flexible when the big event finally arrives. If you can do all these things with style & grace then a pirates life really may be for ye.

For decorations you will require to make the party room or the exterior of the house, wherever you are actually having the party look as much like a pirates ship as possible. It really is best if this sort of party can be had outdoors in order to provide great places for burying treasure & hiding stuff. If that isnt possible however, youll have to get creative inside the home.

You know how the song goes Ho ho also a bottle of vodka Our nice girl name turns nine So come ye to the our home & have a mighty fine time.

Whether or not its a pirates life for you, chances are nice that throwing an excellent pirate themed birthday bash will make you the mom of your little ones dreams " at least for a day & will give the neighborhood and, of work, all your guests something to talk about until the next great event takes place.

Birthday party games for a nice pirate party are the sky the limited. You can begin by giving a clue & explaining that there is a treasure map that has been divided in to four pieces. The first clue will take you to the first piece, which will then have another clue that will lead you to the next piece until you find all four pieces. This buys a little time for getting things ready for snacks, cake, ice cream, deer meat, hamburgers or other adventures that may occur later & gives the babies an goal. seven times they have all the pieces you can tell the story of the lost gold coins & then permit the babies to go on a huge hunt for the treasure. You could of coursework have teams with seven different treasure chests if you require to make it a competition or execrate though both teams will win their treasure in the end. You could also, for younger children, have a nice rousing game of pin the peg - leg on the pirate or a game of walking the plank if you have a swimming pool & are certain everyone can swim (though swim trunks are highly encouraged for this than pirates costumes) & there is an person waiting at the end in case of a fall.

Baby Einstein Birthday Party Goods For Your Child's First Birthday

By Patti L.

It doesn't take a genius to know that Baby Einstein first birthday party supplies are a great choice for your little one's next birthday celebration. First birthdays make an especially good occasion to use these colorful, cheerful party goods. The Baby Einstein line is among the most popular birthday themes for young children and it isn't hard to see why.

Of course, you don't have to be especially smart to go for the Baby Einstein Deluxe Pack. With plates, cups, napkins, and all the other party items it's the obvious choice. But, then, doing the obvious with such fun characters as the lion, the duck, and the rest of the gang is pretty creative, too. So, maybe that choice makes you pretty keen, after all.

Next to each plate you can set a Baby Einstein Favor Box. You can buy them empty and stuff anything you choose into these delightful, animal-design boxes. Or, buy the ones pre-filled that come with a 5" Kitten Bean Bag, Color Clay, a cookie cutter, miniature rubber ducky, 2 maracas, and a Baby Einstein sticker sheet. Be sure to order a couple of extra Kitten Bean Bags to put on the shelf with the others you've gathered over the years!

When you present the birthday boy or girl you might want to dress the guest of honor in a Lion or Dragon Costume. Both are durable, easy to wash polyester and provide skid resistant soles. The bottom snaps make them convenient for emergencies and the hood will keep your baby nice and warm at the party.

To keep the costume from getting soiled while enjoying the refreshments just order a Baby Einstein 1st Birthday Bib. The happy caterpillar announces that this is the, indeed, the first birthday and the red trim makes it a cheerful covering. Made of soft, washable fabric, this item can be used over and over again long after the party is a lovely memory.

When it's time for cake and refreshments, show everyone just how smart you are by topping the cake with a Baby Einstein #1 candle. Your child's first birthday cake will look terrific with it. A just cute, colorful caterpillar climbs up the candle on the cake. This item is so cool you'll want to order some extras to decorate the baby room.

To make those memories even firmer, select a Baby Einstein Keepsake Scroll. It records all the wonderful and wacky events that occurred the day your child was born.

Choose the 7" x 9" or the 11" x 14" and have it framed if you want. Decorated, like all the other Baby Einstein first birthday party goods, with a Baby Einstein design, you'll treasure it for a lifetime!

Batman Party Items You Can't Do Without

By Patti L.

Is your birthday boy ready to become Batman, the Dark Knight? You can celebrate with tons of stylish Batman Dark Knight birthday party goods that will get everyone in the mood.

Stop chaos before it begins with a Batman Dark Knight Deluxe Pack. With plates, cups, activity placemats and more Batman birthday supplies, you'll have everything you need.

Be sure to greet your guests with a personalized banner. You select the text to say anything you want. Then hand out some Batman Masks and Blowouts for everyone to toot and let the party begin!

Stock up on Batman Pez dispensers. Not only do kids love those wacky little candy pieces, but the dispensers make for a great toy and keepsake long after the party is over. It really would take an investigation to figure out why flipping these little things is so fascinating. But kids and adults love them, so who cares!

There's no mystery about why the Batman Dark Knight Foam Flyers are so cool, though. They sport the Batman design and will travel dozens of yards if you launch them off the roof. Hmmm... Better not give the partygoers any criminal ideas.

Your birthday boy won't be tempted to do that, though, if he's wearing a Batman, The Dark Knight costume. Complete with mask and hood, it also includes bootcovers. The muscle-chest breastplate may be faux, but there's nothing fake about that cool utility belt. You'll have to make sure Dad doesn't disappear with it before the party!

Distract the big kid with an ultra-cool Batman centerpiece, part of your heroic decorating design. You might want to snatch one for your own collection too. With either Batman or the Batmobile to choose from you can each have one so there's no need for violence.

If the birthday boy wants one, too just give him a stellar Batman Sticker Book with crayons. Include some Laser Spinners in the deal and you won't have to worry about centerpieces disappearing before the party.

Then, gather everyone into the Bat Cave so the birthday boy can release a torrent of goodies from the Batman Pull-String Pinata. It holds a ton of candy and small toys, so no one has to fight over the loot.

Plan your upcoming birthday party with Batman Dark Knight birthday party items and the entire city will thank you for saving the day.

Cheap And Unforgettable Birthday Parties

By Alexandra Vrugt

Birthdays are wonderful family times that can give you years of fabulous memories. But, planning a party can take a lot of effort and money. Many families want to have a fantastic event but simply cannot afford to spend massive amounts of money to make it happen. With a little prep work and creativity you can give that special person the party of a lifetime without taking a lifetime to pay it off. Here's how:

Invitations - Use items that you have around the house to make unique invitations. A simple index card can be transformed into car, flower, or any jungle friend with the use of scissors, markers, or crayons. They are a very low cost alternative, if you have them handy, and because they have lines, you can write all of the party details neatly on the back! You can also use old magazines and cut out pictures, words, and letters from them to create a message on each invitation. One of the great things about these type of invitations is that you can make the "extra special" and personalized for the recipients. Another low cost alternative include buying cheap invitations from a dollar or discount store. However, the two cheapest ways to invite your guests is with a phone call or email. There are tons of free email invitation templates online!

Holiday items work wonders for goodie bags! Holidays bring about a ton of potential birthday goodies such as stickers, candy, and gobs of toys. Plan to buy your goodie bag items after the biggie holidays like Christmas, Halloween, Valentine's Day, and Easter. You could save as much as 90% off of the regular price tag. Buy for cheap and save for later is the saving "recipe" that any frugal fashionista should know!

Party decorations and supplies - Canvas the party store for items that they are either discontinuing or that are "out of season", such as Hawaiian themed items during the fall months. Either go with a theme or a color based on what is available and build your party decor around it. If your child's favorite character wears a green costume, get everything green that they have after Christmas or St. Patrick's Day, mix and match, and only spend money on one or two "character" pieces. Your child will be happy to see his or her favorite character, but will not even think twice about why their character is not only "everything". However, if you must make the character more visible, buy the cheapest stickers available and place them all over the place.

Use those coupons to save on food! Kids love the "easy" foods such as corndogs and tater tots. These are usually not only easy, but they are almost always fairly cheap, too. Use coupons to save on these items and on foods from national chains such as Domino's or Pizza Hut. When it comes to birthday parties, kids don't want to spend too much time eating when they could be running around and playing, so food is most likely NOT their number one priority. Consider using frozen pizzas also or even let them become their own "pizza chef" by supplying them with the makings, of which you would use coupons to purchase. Remember, some stores double or triple coupons, so you could feed a whole team of kids for practically nothing if you plan right.

Pool resources with other parents to save on the party place! Parents generally know where the deals are and places that are kid-friendly or free. Use your network to find a cheap or free venue that you can use. Often by making reservations at some of the more expensive places, you will end up paying 50-75% more than you would if you just showed up with your group. So, be careful about "how" you plan your gathering. Other places are simply on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you get there first, you could get the best section. Community facilities are wonderful for birthday gatherings because they generally have very low fees or will offer their space for free if someone is a resident of that community. That's why it's so important to use your network wisely! It could literally equate to a considerable savings for your event.

Use your creativity, resourcefulness, and planning skills to knock some of the costliness out of the next birthday event that you plan and you will most likely enjoy yourself a lot more!!

Your Kids Birthday Party Checklist

By Lindelwa Laz

A kid's birthday celebration is a huge deal so make certain that you plan anything you need beforehand that way nothing is left out. To accomplish this, it will be a good plan to make a checklist that you need to go through until this event is finally over. Preparation for your children's birthday celebration must be done a month or even two ahead of time. You can start by deciding now where will the celebration be held, whom shall be invited, what's the subject of this party, what time the party will be held and the duration of the party.

As it's your kid's celebration, permit them to become a part of the decision making so if they wish to hold the event within a favorite restaurant, so be it. Travel to this restaurant and reserve the place and just hope that no one has earmarked that day since if that happens, you will have to change all your plans.

The advantage of having a kiddie party done in a restaurant is that you don't need to concern over the decorations, activities, prizes and the other points. If the restaurant does this regularly, they'll probably have a program prepared and all you have to do is choose the deal that currently features the food that will be delivered.

Let's say your kid does not want to have the celebration inside a restaurant and rather wishes to get this conducted at the house. If that's the case, you'll need to begin organizing based on subject, which decorations you'll be utilizing, the rewards which would be given, the activities which will be performed and the edibles which will be served. There are several advantages to holding the child's birthday celebration in the home. You do not need to establish a reservation since the place belongs to you, it is your choice what food to be served and you may settle how long will the party last. Parties held in restaurants are usually over in 2-3 hours and that is a bit short for those who want to stay longer.

A few weeks before the kiddie party, you should have previously sent out the invitations to all your guests, ensuring you put your contact number so the guests can confirm if they can make it or not. If there are some additional items which haven't been covered, you better get assistance from acquaintance and loves ones. A few weeks prior to this celebration, pre-order the cake from the store if you don't intend to bake it on your own. Once again, allow your child help out by letting then pick out the way their cake should look like as it's their birthday cake.

For anyone that intends to have home made food, ensure it's finished beforehand and placed inside your freezer because you wouldn't want to cram a day before since that is going to quite hard. A day prior to their celebration, purchase film and charge your video camera, then confirm with people whom you invited as to if they're coming or not. If the party is at home, enhance the place the evening ahead of time and again on the special day, present the food and just have fun with your kid and everyone invited.

John Deere Party Supplies for Countryside Party Fun

E I E I O

By Patti L.

We all live in a high-tech age, it's true. But, kids still love the John Deere farm machines that have been around for generations. Create a John Deere-themed birthday party and you'll see for yourself.

You can set the table with a John Deere Deluxe Pack. It holds plates, cups, napkins, tablecloth... everything you need to dish out the dessert. It also contains a set of "Thank You" notes you can send to the guests after the party. Beginning and end. That's a nice traditional circle.

In between there are lots of John Deere party items to make that birthday party full of old-fashioned family fun.

Greet everyone with a John Deere Personalized Birthday Banner. Featuring the tractor that everyone recognizes, you can add your own text. Make the message anything you want.

The 17" John Deere pinata is also in the form of that famous tractor. Fill it to the brim with candy and small toys and get ready for fun at Marshmallow Farms. The chicken, pig, cow, and sheep are all ready for you at the candy petting zoo. Watch those kids eyes open wide when it all comes tumbling out.

Be sure to catch those expressions by seating the guests in a John Deere Tractor Stand-in and snapping a photo. Like the carnivals of yesteryear, kids just poke a head through the whole and say "Cheese".

Don't forget the Cowboy Hats! Dress the birthday boy or girl in a full Horse Costume. Wrap that Red Bandana around and click the shutter. You can wear the Sheriff Badge, so they know who is in charge.

For others, you can provide a John Deere Hat and T-shirt. Then, you can bring out the personalized John Deere scroll. It records all the unique events that happened the day your child was born. Moms will delight in reading all about the crazy things that went on, and you'll swap stories while the kids play.

When it comes time to decorate the cake, be sure to use the John Deere cake topper. There's that tractor again, wouldn't you know. But with a cake decorated to look like wheat fields, it's just the perfect choice. Also comes with a fence (to keep those candy cows out, you know), and three trees. A perfect picture.

Get set for some fun with the Coloring & Activity Book. With 32 pages and four crayons, all the guests will be kept occupied.

Afterwards put on the John Deere for Kids DVD. There are entertaining segments on how to harvest pumpkins, backed by lively music, so they'll be fascinated while you clean up. That job is easy, though, thanks to the Ultimate John Deere Party Pack. You just toss the stuff in the trash and then you can watch and enjoy the video, too.

Ah... Now, aint' that cozy?

Dora Explorer Fun With Dora Birthday Party Stuff

Editors Note: Dora is still extremely popular with the younger kids. This article offers some great tips for planning a Dora and Friends Kids Partyfor 8 Guests
____________________________________________________________________

By Patty L.

Step into a world of birthday party adventure with Dora and her friends. If you sent out the Dora Invitations they're sure to be on the way to your house right now. Are you ready? Stock up on Dora and Diego birthday party goods and you will be.

Greet the explorers with a Dora Personalized Banner. You select the text. "Go, Diego, Go!" or "Welcome to the Fiesta" or the classic "Happy Birthday!" Whatever you want. This sturdy 61" wide x 18" high banner can be reused because it's made of long-lasting heavy-duty vinyl with metal grommets for hanging.

When it comes time for the birthday party games, be sure to have plenty of Dora Telescopes on hand. Walk through the jungle and see dangers from afar. Even there the girls will want some Nick Jr. Lip Gloss Bracelets. If you let each have a Dora tattoo you can identify who is a member of the party. Swiper might just try to sneak in, after all.

Since everyone loves gifts you can be kind and distribute Dora Favor Boxes to all the explorers. Each one includes a pair of binoculars that will come in handy when looking for Boots the Monkey who has disappeared into a tree. The activity pad and jumbo crayons will see lots of use, but make sure Swiper doesn't swipe them when you're not looking.

Provide every guest with a Dora Mini Velvet Poster Pack and let them explore their creativity. Includes a flocked velvet poster and 2 mini markers, so they'll have lots of fun drawing all their favorite Dora characters. Swiper will be proud to pose, of course. But you'll have to figure out a way to get Boots to stay still long enough.

There will be lots of goodies, too, thanks to the Dora Pinata. It resembles the little traveler with her distinctive hairdo and magic backpack. At 18" high it's not much smaller, either! You can easily fill it by ordering some miniature maracas, yo-yos, kaleidoscope spy glasses, triple-horn whistles, and more. With the birthday girl dressed in her Dora the Explorer costume she'll be ready to pull the string.

That costume includes a Star Catching T-shirt, shorts, shoe covers, yarn wig, and a faux backpack. She'll look magical in this outfit. If the birthday party is for your little boy, check out the Go, Diego, Go costume. Includes a shirt with attached vest, shorts, and a backpack. Made of durable polyester, both costumes could also serve as terrific Halloween costumes.

Your birthday party adventure was such a great success you will want to send a Dora Starcatcher Thank You Note to every guest. Available separately or as part of the Dora Ultimate Pack, make your expression of gratitude easy with these lovely pre-made notes.

Pirates Birthday Supplies You Can't Do Without

By Patti L.

Ahoy, matey! Come listen now to a good pirate story. The lure of treasure, the call of adventure, and maybe even a little bit o' breakin' the rules now and then. Who could resist? Sure, that's the pirates story. What better way to tell that story and create that excitement than with a whole bunch of Pirates birthday party goods?

Be sure all the partygoers are dressed for the party. That's simple if you stock up on Pirate Hats, Hooks, Eye Patches, and a Glow Sword for every kid. For the girls, select some Pirate Maiden costumes. They'll be ready to shout "Walk the plank!" as they swing a Glow Sword.

One good way to start off the party is with a fun game that gets everyone involved. The Pirate Bomb Blast is the perfect way to do that. An illuminated fuse shows how close a boy is to holding the cannon ball when it goes off. Can't have that! The kids will explode with laughter when the explosion sound goes off, you can bet. At 4" in diameter and lightweight, no one will get hurt playing this game.

Then it's on to the hunt for the treasure the minute the danger has passed. Be sure there is plenty on hand. Get a bag of golden coins that holds ten. Or, get several bags and store them in a treasure chest, then hide it in the back yard or behind the couch. What a fun!

Even a pirate has to keep track of his treasure, though. If everyone doesn't get an equal share you could have a mutiny on your hands. Let them all make notes, draw a map, or add up their own booty with a set of Skull Pencils with plastic Hook Toppers.

You can even hide some of the coins along with lots of other toys and candy inside a great Pirates pinata. Sturdy and a full 12" high, it holds gobs of those pretty pasties that makes even the cruelest pirate go "aahhh..." Yank the string and watch the treasure cascade out to shouts of glee.

While you prepare the cake, let your little pirates enjoy the fun filled activity books. Adorned with Pirate Hat and Eye Patch you return and start the singing of the traditional Happy Birthday song.

The cake is decorated with all the Pirate symbols you would expect. Skull and Crossbow, Flags and a Pirate Cake Topper rests on the top. Serve some juice out of a Skull Cup. Decorated with an Eye Patch and Hat, it's perfect for serving all your bloodthirsty little pirates!

When the party is over, send the tired pirates home with a favor bag filled with mementos and fond memories of a fun Pirates birthday celebration!

Combine it with Favor Boxes and you'll have small "Thank You" gifts ready when they sit down at the table. Don't forget to get some great Mickey Mouse Thank You Notes for afterwards, either. These fun favor packs provide an activity book and several jumbo crayons to use with it. Kids love the sticker sheets, too.

Or, you can order empty Favor boxes and fill them with whatever you want. Featuring Mickey on the outside waving everyone into the party, you can insert some Mini Red, Green, and White Lollipops like the ones Mickey enjoys. Or, slip in a Disney keychain featuring Donald Duck.

Upgrade to the Ultimate Pack and get (in addition to all of the above) a Mylar balloon featuring Mickey's smiling face, a tablecover, cake topper, and a terrific centerpiece. It also holds decorative ribbon and 18 colorful balloons. Don't forget to order a Disposable Balloon Helium tank to make inflating them a cinch.

Best of all, it includes a genuine Mickey Pinata. Shaped like the classic Mickey Mouse ears, this classic pinata holds a ton of candy and small toys. When the birthday boy or girl pulls the string all the goodies come tumbling down.

When you get ready to decorate you'll find it easy and fun if you select some Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Removable Wall Decorations. Over 40 different designs means you have literally thousands of decorating options. Stick some on the front door to greet the guests. Scatter them around the dining room where you'll serve refreshments. Hand some out to the guests to stick on lunch boxes the day after the party.

While you're decorating, be sure to hang a Mickey's Clubhouse Personalized Banner to greet the arriving partygoers. Donald and Mickey smile at everyone as the guests enter the house. Pick whatever message you want. Select the traditional "Happy Birthday" or design your own unique phrase. At 61" wide and 18" high, no one will miss it.

Now it's time for refreshments. Make your job easy and give the guests a good time with some Mickey Tumblers for the juice. Serve some Mickey Photo Cookies, featuring images of their favorite classic Disney characters like Goofy and Mickey himself. Each is individually wrapped so they stay fresh until your guests open them. Or, they can be taken home as a great keepsake to remember this special birthday celebration.

Once everyone has had refreshments, put on the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse CD. It contains 18 songs from the Disney Channel that the kids will surely want to sign along with. Provides 40 minutes of musical fun for the birthday boy or girl and all the guests.

Have a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse birthday! It's a sure ticket to a great celebration.
